THOMSEA, created in 2003 by a professional fisherman, designs, makes and markets antipollution trawls patented, effective against hydrocarbons, macro-waste and floating plants on the surface or resting on the bottom.
THOMSEA ensures also the formation of staffs on site for the utilization of trawls with boat supply by the client in case of minor pollution or requisitioned by authorities in case of major pollution (oil spill).
We market three types of trawls:
Trawls 8tons and 2tons (see photos) used against slicks and floating macro-waste and the beam trawls used against background pollution like green seaweeds.
Since 2011 THOMSEA provides trawls and form fishermen for cleaning, along Europeans coast, plastic macro-waste floating done within the WFO foundation. (www.wastefreeoceans.eu).
End of 2011, THOMSEA and Vikoma his partner have won the tender of the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) to equip during four years the boats in its contract along Europeans coast.
After have equip, in 2009 and 2010, the French navy and the Moroccan ports agency.
